 Registration can be done either in person, phone or by mail.

 Mail in entries will not be accepted after Monday July 7, 2025.

 Office hours are June & July Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm

 Fair week fair board office hours are July 5^th - 7^th 8am to 6pm, July 8^th - July 13^th 8am to 8pm.

 If mailing completed entry form make payment out to TCAS and send to: Trumbull County Fairgrounds 899 Everett Hull Rd. Cortland, OH 44410.

 If you are mailing your entry form, the Fair office recommends you call to confirm entry was received!

 IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY WITH DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD BEFORE THE DAY OF THE DERBY YOU ARE ENTERING IN PLEASE CALL OFFICE WITH CARD INFO TO PAY OVER PHONE. THERE WILL BE A 4% CONVENIENCE FEE FOR EACH TRANSACTION IF PAYING BY CARD.

 DEMO Entry fee: ~ $40.00 ~ per entry OR Day of Show ENTRY FEE: ~$60.00 ~ per entry

 ATTENTION: If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, payment must be made; by cash or money order plus a $30 NSF charge will be applied, before the event or you will forfeit your entry.
