In addition to our regular animal and non animal entry forms for fair participants, we also have special forms for Trumbull Idol, Demo Derby, and Parade of Colors. And vendor application for those who would like to participate on the main midway, Bicentennial Blvd, Commercial Building and in the grandstands. A sponsorship gives all individuals and businesses an opportunity to represent themselves at the fair for all fairgoers to see. Rules & Regulations
Our most asked about rules and regulations are listed below, some are state and federally mandated, while others pertain to events and services we provide to the public. Federal and state mandates and guidelines govern our livestock shows and the Demo Derby has three distinct rules for each division. Another valuable asset of the fair is vendors- in addition to our required rules for vendors to follow they must also follow Department of Health requirements to be a vendor at our fair. Another option we offer is permit parking that allows fairgoers to come and go during the day and assure closer parking. Any questions, please call our fair office at 330-637-6010.
Fair Policies
Trumbull County Fair uses Roberts Rules of Order and several policies to effectively and efficiently run our meetings and business operations. The Board visits the policies from time to time to update and revise as needed. We follow recommendations and requirements on policies from Ohio State Auditors office and the IRS as seen in the policies posted.
